Are There Any Requirements?

To be eligible, you will need to have a residential home to sell., be U.S. residents and either own the property or have the authority to represent the owners, minimum of 680 FICO, some equity, and good credit history. 

What If I'm Also Buying?

At Notable, we use soft credit checks so your credit score won't be affected during the application process. Notable loans are personal and unsecured, meaning there's no lien on the property. Plus, we won't report the loan to the credit bureau until after the loan is due.
